During 2016 we celebrated the five years of life of Discos Pegaos with a double compilation that included some highlighten tracks in the history of the label, as well as unpublished tracks of numerous artists. This year we expanded the call to several Latin American producers, from different generations and contexts, in order to remix five of the most outstanding tracks included in Discos Pegaos Cinco. An exercise that serves as an appendix to DP5, and as an invitation to continue digging on the diversity of the modern electronic music that grows on Latinamerica.

Today we're presenting the result. So this is how we find ourselves facing the funky pulse that the young Marvin Marlyn injects on Manuvers & Yarlen's "Scribble Hearts"; we also meet with the latin rhythmic frenzy of peruvian producer Deltatron on his version for Dementira's "Oye", the boogie house of DJ Raff for Tonossepia's gem "Nostalgia de un dancin", the futuristic boombap approach of chilean beatmaker Eggglub for Blit's "Doria", and the sinister twist that AyeAye (recent winner of the Pulsar Prize for Electronic Artists ) give to Alpha S' "Temperature".
